Top the delicious cocktail with some mint leaves and enjoy! Add the bourbon and then the ice to the glass and use a bar spoon to lightly stir in the mixture to the ice. Lightly muddle the mint leaves and syrup, making sure to not crush the leaves too much. Put the mint leaves in a cocktail glass and add in the simple syrup. This cocktail recipe is really as easy as counting to 3:

High Proof Bourbon – I prefer 4 Roses or Bulleit.

Concentrated Simple Syrup – Sweetens the cocktail.

Fresh Mint Leaves – Brings in a pop of fresh cool herbaceous flavor.
